Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  4. Top with mini marshmallows.
