  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the zucchinis into thin rounds.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the zucchini to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until just tender.
  5. Pour the soy sauce over the zucchini and mix well.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
