Tasty Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip

A deliciously creamy baked spinach artichoke dip with the added flavor of turkey bacon, perfect for any gathering.

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, turkey bacon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, add red pepper flakes.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, bread, or vegetable sticks.
