Teriyaki Glazed Turkey Meatloaf

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, garlic, teriyaki sauce, egg, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into a loaf shape.
  4. Place the meatloaf in a baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. In the last 10 minutes, brush additional teriyaki sauce on top for a glaze.
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add more teriyaki sauce on top before serving.
  • Serve with steamed rice and vegetables.
