Ingredients

  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the celery and onion until soft.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the stuffing mix, cooked turkey bacon, sautéed vegetables, chicken broth, sage, pepper, and parsley. Mix well.
  5. Form the mixture into balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
