Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, cranberry sauce, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with extra cranberry sauce if desired.

Notes
