4 large potatoes
6 ounces turkey bacon
8 ounces chicken ham
1 cup shredded cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Peel and slice the potatoes thinly.
In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, chicken ham, cooked turkey bacon, shredded cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, olive oil, and salt. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
