  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the grated zucchini with the maple syrup and coconut oil until well combined.
  3. Add the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt, and stir until just combined.
