Waldorf Salad

A refreshing and healthy take on the classic Waldorf salad, featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped apples
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chopped apples, celery, chicken ham, turkey bacon, walnuts, and raisins.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture over the salad ingredients and toss to combine.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegan version, substitute chicken ham and turkey bacon with plant-based alternatives.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your taste.
