Cajun Shrimp Pasta with Salmon

  • 8 ounces linguine pasta
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces salmon fillet
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and salmon. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and cook until done.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and toss to combine.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
