- 1 cup ricotta cheese substitute (tofu-based)
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the zucchini lengthwise into thin sheets.
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta substitute with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast.
